We are a Top-Rated Service Provider

For a few years, we were using ZTelco but only at 2Mbps up and down. In 2019, we needed more speed! Before, they couldn't accommodate. I called on a half dozen other companies. The bigs couldn't provide access at a reasonable cost. Other "line of site" companies could not provide access. Satellite companies had caps on data and upload speed. But this year ZTelco was first able to quickly upgrade us to 10/10 for a small increase on our current contract. Even at this speed they were the best option to upgrade. After their owner saw my first 5 star version of this review he commented (below?) that they "might be able to do better." I called again, and now they've upgraded our equipment and now we've got a very stable, reliable and fast 20 Mbps down and about 94 Mbps up. Their tech support (Alex) also went above and beyond with visits and calls trying to resolve an issue connecting to our cloud backup service, that wasn't even their fault. It's been reliable and fast. Super pleased with the service and support!

My company has two business locations/links with ZTelco. So far they've been great! The two links I use with them are wireless point-to-point. Speedtests have been consistent at the rate we pay for. Their maintenance cycle have minimal effect on my business links. They have email notifications and a webpage to announce their maintenance. All professionally ran. I also have VoIP/phone system with ZTelco for both business locations. Phone and email support has been excellent. Quick turn around time and nice, professional people who know their technical skills. I can email them for support or when I need immediate assistance they answer my phone calls right away. That is what is expected and they do it! That's great service! I highly recommend them to anyone.
